Recently wore these outside on my semi flooded property after the big storm last week to check the garden and they held up through standing water and clay mud like a champ. No wet socks and no seeping water inside the boot. Afterward, I hosed them off and good as new in 5 minutes. I have them in size 10, my usual size and they fit well for a narrow foot. They are slightly snug (not unbearable) and give slightly, but it helped keep a foothold walking in the sinking mud, because the boots would have slipped more, be loose, and throw one off balance if I went one size up. I am really impressed with the quality, look, and value.
