This has been the worst experience I have ever had on an online purchase.
Once shoes arrived, needed to return them. One shoe is actually bigger than the other and they slide off. Cannot use the return on the website, which is the only way to return them, kept telling me my order didn't exist, really? Had to send a few emails for someone to help. Finally received a return label via email. Once item was returned & delivered, I heard nothing back. Once again, I am sending email waiting on a response. Shoes returned and delivered on July 10th it is now the 22nd.  Ugh! So frustrating!!
