My review of the boots is excellent but I sent 2 requests asking why the 30% discount was not applied to my order.  It should have been 30% off at checkout and it was never replied.  Twice I received a reply that I would hear back within 3 days regarding my inquiry and it never happened.
Still waiting!!!

These are awesome!  I removed your insole and inserted my personal orthotic.  The boots fit perfectly, are nice and warm, keep my feet dry, and are perfect for the deep mud of the commercial barn where I stable my horse.  I have also received many smiles from my friends because the pattern on the boots can't help but make people smile.  I have recommended your website to all.

I love the pattern in these boots...so cute! I normally wear a 10 but bought the 11s because the boots run short. They came with an insert that sized it down a half size. They were shipped quickly and were a reasonable price.
