I had purchased a women's medium/adjustable hat at a store. I sent an email to Sloggers, asking if the hat came in a different color. They sent me a link, from which I ordered another hat. The link was for a men's Large size, and was way too big. I have repeatedly tried to contact them by phone, because I need to return it, and don't think I should have to pay mailing costs. They never answer my messages. Now I have emailed them. We'll see what happens.
