I love this hat.  This is my second purchase,  as I left  my first hat at my  daughter's and did not want to be months without it.  

It is listed as a man's hat, but I'm a female and get compliments on it.  It fits any outdoor situation, not just the garden or beach.

Never received.  Never communicated that this item was not available.  Refund should have been automatic.  I had to reach out to the company to follow-up on the order and inquire of the status.  Now I have to request a refund.  Poor communication and service.  Very disappointed.

On the receipt in the box, there was a hand written note that this hat was out of stock. No refund, no note saying if it would be shipped when it was back in stock.
