Double shipping costs when not necessary |

I ordered a pair of shoes for my wife for Christmas. Right after hitting "submit" on my order, I decided to buy her this hat, too. I ordered this hat less than 10 minutes after ordering the shoes, and immediately submitted an email asking that the orders be combined so I would not have to pay double shipping. I received the following response, "Sorry we can not combine the orders since the system automatically creates labels per each order." That's not customer-friendly or customer-first customer service that I have in my business. So, this will be the last 2 orders (each a single item and both with handsome shipping charges) I place with Sloggers.
